Refunds & Returns - Seller Information
Refunds and returns are in line with the EU distance selling act (refer to the terms and conditions page). If you are a seller and a customer wishes to return their item you are liable for the cost of postage, packaging and the cost of commission, this will be deducted from any future sales. If monies are owing at year end (31st March) then an invoice will be generated requiring full payment within 30 days. |
Refunds & Returns - Buyer Information
Any personalised items are not subject to a refund unless there is a fault or error. Earrings are not subject to a refund due to hygiene reasons.
Returns will be honoured and full refunds given if the following conditions are adhered to:-

- The cost of the postage will not be refunded, unless the seller accepts a manufacturing fault with the product.
- Any free gift sent with your order is also returned
